• Audio Data: Voice recordings provided during your gameplay sessions. These are processed temporarily to provide pronunciation feedback and generate AI responses, and are not persistently stored or used to train public models.
• Usage Data: In-app interactions, progress, device identifiers, and crash logs to improve our application stability.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, and personalize the RPG English learning experience.
• Authenticate your identity and sync your progress across devices.
• Generate AI-driven feedback, scoring, and text-to-speech interactions.
• Analyze usage trends and improve our game design and AI models.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We exclusively share necessary data with trusted service providers, including:

• Cloud Infrastructure: Google Cloud Platform and Firebase for secure hosting and authentication.
• AI Providers: OpenAI, Anthropic, Alibaba Cloud, and ElevenLabs via API to process speech-to-text, generate text responses, and convert text to speech. Data sent to these partners is used strictly for fulfilling API requests and is bound by their enterprise privacy agreements.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account data and gameplay progress as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time within the app or by contacting us. Upon deletion, personal identifiers will be permanently removed.
